Peter WallaceManaging Director Peter Wallace is the founder and Managing Director of Endeavour Capital, an independent corporate advisory company. Endeavour Capital’s operations include acquisitions, business sales, capital raisings, directorships, IPO project management, succession planning and valuations. Peter’s career spans corporate advisory, private equity, non executive directorships, financial control and general management. Prior to establishing Endeavour Capital in 1998, Peter was an Investment Director with Hambro-Grantham. He has been Managing Director of a listed private equity company. He has over twenty-five years experience in advising smaller and mid-sized businesses and has been a non-executive director of over 20 company groups in a wide range of industries including; biotechnology, distribution, financial services, healthcare, information technology, manufacturing and retail. Peter is currently non-executive chairman of ASX listed Ambertech Limited (audio and broadcast products) and non-executive director of The Executive Connection Pty Ltd and Carte Blanche Australia Pty Limited. He has a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Chartered Accountant Business valuation Specialist and a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers. Paul de RomeAssociate Director Paul is a principal of Jamieson Corporate Services, an associate of Endeavour Capital. He has over 35 years Australian business experience in high technology, research, marketing, distribution, manufacturing and business consulting. Endeavour Capital and its clients benefit from Paul’s vast business sale, business acquisition and business valuation experience with Jamieson Corporate Services since 1988. With 30 years’ experience in business sales, Paul has sold businesses in most industry segments including retail, manufacturing, distribution, transport and logistics and services. He has particular expertise in freight forwarding, customers brokers, fashion, healthcare and insurance brokers. Paul has been a director and major shareholder of businesses in medical equipment and consumables and electrical products and undertaken roles as an independent consultant in marketing, finance and industry research. In addition, Paul has experience in scientific research and commercially in marketing and product management with manufacturers of high technology instrumentation, equipment and Mr de Rome has a Bachelor of Science (NSW), Master of Business Administration (AGSM), a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) (REINSW). Victor WhiteleyAssociate Director Victor Whiteley is an experienced corporate executive, whose career spans CEO and senior management positions both in Australia and internationally. He has also established his own businesses. His advisory experience includes mergers, acquisitions, business sales, divestments, business valuations, capital raisings, working with clients ranging from privately-owned Australian top-performers to ASX listed companies and major global organisations. Victor’s career appointments include top-level management responsibilities with IBM, Honeywell, Unisys, General Electric Mitsui Computer and Nokia. He has extensive experience in the Information Technology and Telecommunications sectors, including Cybersecurity, in addition to his corporate advisory experience. Dragan MalesicDragan Malesic has 20 years of practical business experience. As a successful business owner Dragan understands firsthand the requirements of how to successfully manage, develop and grow business for succession success. Dragan’s previous business experience includes; developing and facilitating M&A transactions on the sell/buy side on business structure, asset protection, offshore strategy, capital raising, organizational behaviour, change management with local and multinational, national organizations. Jon LimJon Lim is a well-respected business consultant with a broad background in operational management and business process. Coming from a solution and enterprise architecture background, Jon has been responsible for the design, integration and restructuring of many businesses and their subsidiaries. Jon is a technology entrepreneur that has been on the leading edge of IOT, Data Centres and Information Technology for many years and has built an IP base that includes Industry Evolution Modelling, Corporate Innovation Design Engineering, Data Brokering and Data Business Modelling. Jon has participated in the structuring, consulting and due diligence on a wide variety of business which includes capital raising and business brokering. Jon served as the CEO of IOTDC Pty Ltd (Data Brokering and Mesh Data Centre), CEO of Convergent Technology Solutions Pty Ltd (Business Process, Software Design and Commercial Displays) and Modular Technology Group Pty Ltd (Modular Data Centre Products). Rodger WilliamsRodger has had over 40 years experience in a broad range of industries including manufacturing, transport services and resource-related industries. Rodger has 20 years of experience in business sales, business acquisition and business valuations with Jamieson Corporate Services since 1997. Endeavour Capital and Jamieson Corporate Services merged in 2017. His career spans Auditor with Touche Ross (Chartered Accountants), Financial Accountant with Marrickville Holdings (food manufacturer), Management Accountant with Unilever SPD Transport, Manager Projects, and General Manager Commercial with Hartogen Energy (oil and gas explorer and producer), General Manager Network Planning and Development, Qantas Airways and Chief Financial Officer, Cumnock Coal.
